In 2017, IWA Campus conducted a significant Prevention and Control of Drug Abuse Workshop, aimed at raising awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and promoting strategies for its prevention and control. This workshop brought together students, faculty, and healthcare professionals to address a critical social issue impacting individuals and communities.
The workshop featured interactive sessions led by experts in addiction studies, public health, and law enforcement. Participants gained valuable insights into the causes and consequences of drug abuse, methods for identifying and supporting individuals at risk, and the importance of community involvement in combating this issue.
