Diploma in Psychology & Counseling and Diploma in Islamic Studies: Workshop for Learning Ulamas – 2024

In 2024, IWA Campus organized a specialized workshop for Ulamas enrolled in the Diploma in Psychology and Counseling and Diploma in Islamic Studies programs. The workshop aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of Ulamas, equipping them to address both spiritual and psychological needs within the community.

The key areas covered in the workshop included:

  • Psychology and Counseling for Ulamas: Understanding the fundamentals of psychological theories and counseling techniques, with a focus on supporting individuals’ mental well-being.
  • Islamic Studies and Social Well-Being: Integrating Islamic teachings with modern counseling practices to provide holistic support for the community.
  • Community Counseling: Training Ulamas to provide guidance and support for social, emotional, and spiritual challenges faced by individuals.

This workshop allowed students to gain practical tools and knowledge to better serve their communities and promote well-being through a combination of religious teachings and psychological support. It reinforced IWA Campus’ commitment to nurturing well-rounded professionals who can positively impact society.
